Rafael’s story is one of constant reinvention. Born in Brazil and now rooted in the United States, he has learned through challenge and change that growth often begins in uncertainty. His path has been shaped by curiosity, adaptability, and a deep desire to build things that last.

With a background in global operations, logistics, and service delivery, Rafael’s strength lies in transforming ideas into structure and vision into execution. But beyond strategy and process, what defines him most is compassion — an awareness that behind every business there is a person, a story, and a dream.
